Why we started this.

A working powered hand has been possible for years. What has been missing is one that most people could pay for, and fix without sending it away. The technology exists. The price tag does not have to follow.

Three principles we wrote down so we cannot quietly drop them.

  • Transparency

We publish our regulatory status plainly, and we do not claim performance we have not measured. If we have not tested it, we do not say it.
  • Durability

Every part that wears is a part the wearer can replace. A hand that breaks should not leave someone waiting on a courier.
  • Global accessibility

We set the price for a person paying out of their own pocket, in any country, and we check every design decision against it.
