Graduate Electronic Engineer

Full-time • Dublin, Ireland

We're seeking a recently graduated electronic engineer to join our control systems team. You'll work on EMG signal processing, motor control, and embedded firmware for our prosthetic hand platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and test EMG signal acquisition and filtering circuits
  • Develop embedded firmware for motor control and safety systems
  • Collaborate with mechanical team on electromechanical integration
  • Conduct testing and validation of control systems
  • Document designs and contribute to technical publications

Requirements

  • BSc or MEng in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (recent graduate or final year)
  • Strong understanding of analog electronics and signal processing
  • Experience with embedded systems (Arduino, STM32, or similar)
  • Programming skills in C/C++ (Python is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Eligible to work in Ireland or EU

Bonus Points

  • Experience with biomedical sensors (EMG, ECG, etc.)
  • Familiarity with motor control and servo systems
  • PCB design experience (KiCad, Altium, or Eagle)
  • Interest in assistive technology or medical devices
